8 week Pilates Courses with Katarina Castro

Incorporating simultaneous stretching and strengthening moves focusing on your core muscles. Pilates is the perfect workout for improving alignment, increasing body awareness and chilling out.

Based upon an anatomical understanding of the body’s muscular and skeletal systems, the Pilates teacher creates a comprehensive exercise programme for the participant.
