Booking/Refund Policy

Bookings are for specified course, class, treatment or service and must be booked and paid for in full in advance of attending. Course/class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (missed classes cannot transfer to another course or to another person to use). For treatments, more than 24 hours notice must be emailed to Kara at the address below to allow the treatment to be transferred to another date/time (this is subject to availability). Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment or you risk having a shorter treatment to ensure other appointments are not delayed.

If you are unable to attend a session you have paid for please notify the course administrator as soon as possible. This may enable your place to be offered to others on the reserve list. Bookings can still be made up to the class taking place subject to availability. If you have booked within 24 hours of the class/treatment taking place please take a copy of your booking receipt as proof of payment.

Health & Safety

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early when it is your first time so you can sign a disclaimer and disclose any injuries to the therapist/instructor. If during the period of a course there is a change in your circumstances the responsibility lies with you to inform the instructor.

For classes, arrive in plenty of time before each class to allow for set-up. If you are a couple of minutes late, please check with the instructor that it is OK to join the warm-up. The warm-up is important to avoid injury so if you are later than this please do not disrupt the class.

If you are in any doubt about being able to participate in a course consult your GP prior to booking. If you feel unwell during the class inform the instructor immediately.

In preparation for a class ensure you are wearing ‘suitable’ clothing including trainers and bring drinking water. Ensure you have eaten and drank enough in the hours leading up to the class. Do not eat anything substantial for around 90 minutes to 2 hours beforehand.

The instructors are trained to teach the class to all levels. Please indicate your level of fitness or class experience prior to the start to enable the teacher to adjust the format accordingly.
