Pilates is an exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.

Based upon an anatomical understanding of the body’s muscular and skeletal systems, the Pilates teacher creates a comprehensive exercise programme for the participant.

Please bring your own mat. Personal Touch Fitness are pleased to offer Pilates classes in

B27 (basement)

This course is available to all levels and the teacher will instruct you based on your own experience. If you are unsure please speak to the onsite fitness team.
