HIIT is a specialised form of interval training involving short bursts of maximum intensity separated by longer intervals of low to moderate exercise. You briefly push yourself at the upper end of your aerobic exercise zone. The classes will focus on bootcamp and boxfit style HIIT exercises.

This 30 minute class is for everyone as you can work at your own intensity level.
Please arrive in plenty of time and explain to the teacher if you have any injuries, illnesses or other reasons they need to be aware of during the class. Please wear appropriate clothing.
Preference is given to those who book the whole course.
