Yoga is designed to strengthen your core whilst improving your posture and balance. You should leave the class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed. With controlled breathing techniques yoga helps to relax the body and fight the stresses of everyday life bringing peace to the mind and body.

Personal Touch Fitness are pleased to a 6-week Yoga course.

The course is subsidised by Bell & Clements so you can join the course for only £4 each class.

Mats are provided for use during the class and you should wear appropriate clothing. The class is 45 minutes.

Classes will be held in room Training Room B

This course is available to all levels and the teacher will instruct you based on your own experience.
