Skinny Bloody Mary

Serves 1

Prep time: 2 mins

Fill at tall glass with ice.

Add 50ml (2 shots) of Smirnoff No.21 Vodka

Fill the glass in order with 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 250ml of vegetable juice and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.

Sprinke in a dash of salt and pepper.

Stir with a celery stick and leave in the glass to garnish.

Spice it up by adding a tabasco sauce (optional).

This cocktail contains approximately 120 calories and sneaks in a range of minerals and vitamins thanks to the vegetable juice.
