Lunchtime Workshops Delivered at Your Place of Work to Provide Key Health and Wellbeing Information to Your Employees
PTF can provide workshops and seminars over lunchtime periods to give employees an informative and interactive talk on a range of health related topics. Each session is designed to engage participants to think about how it applies to them personally and to contribute ideas through interaction with one another.
Each workshop has carefully been designed to be 45 minutes long in order to be focused and specific enough that everybody listening takes away some vital health and lifestyle advice that they can put into action straight away. Longer workshops are available – please ask.
