We spend up to 1/3 of our lives sleeping, it is a basic human need. Good sleep practice is as essential to our overall health and wellbeing as nutrition and exercise and ‘quality’ sleep is crucial.
Poor sleep or lack of sleep costs – it impacts on productivity and can increase the risk of health problems such as obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease and strokes as well as psychological conditions such as depression and anxiety.
