Take small steps forward on your wellbeing journey. I encourage you to take time to reflect on the last 3 months and praise yourself for what you have achieved – big or small. Wellbeing is a journey and it is about finding balance in our life in all dimensions of wellness – the whole person not just exercise. Accept it is a journey and continue to spring ahead in the Q2 with achievable goals.
