Balance: Mind, Body, Spirit

The pressure and demands on your time can become overwhelming if you let them. Our participants took just 45 minutes out of their your day to invest in some ‘personal time’. Chris presented this interactive workshop to provide steps, thoughts and tools to redress the balance of body, mind and spirit.

The aim was achieved when the participants left the session revitalised, refocused and armed with tools to plot your way to success and happiness.

Chris Andrews set-up Personal Touch Fitness 18 years ago to specialise in providing corporate health and wellbeing. Since then, she has assisted many companies improve employee wellbeing. More recently, Chris has spoken at the National Wellness Conference in the US as well as actively working with the charity, Action for Happiness.
