Following a recent workshop ‘Balance: Mind, Body, Spirit’, Personal Touch Fitness held a follow-up ‘Assessing Energy Levels’ workshop.

Our participants took just 60 minutes out of their day to invest in some ‘personal time’. Chris led the interactive energy levels workshop where individual’s were shown how to identify low energy levels and ways to increase them to perform at their best. Building awareness of low energy triggers enables individuals to alter their way of working. Participants enjoyed and valued sharing thoughts and ideas with colleagues. Following the workshop everyone was sent tools, apps and information to continue on their wellbeing journey.

Twenty years ago, Chris Andrews set-up Personal Touch Fitness to specialise in corporate health and wellbeing. Since then, she has assisted many companies to improve employee wellbeing. More recently, Chris has spoken at the National Wellness Conference in the US, a keynote speaker at Hotel Wellness & SPA Conference, Prague and a guest speaker at Masaryk University, Brno. She is actively working with the charity, Action for Happiness.
