Here we are once again – A new year. You may have set resolutions. I ask you to reflect on years past and ask yourself if you achieved or forgotten resolutions a month or so into the year? If you answered yes to the latter, have you tried a different approach? A simple approach you can recite in your head and be mindful while you do it;

I want to reframe the ‘resolution’ and think intention. Intention goes deeper. Have compassion and show kindness to yourself when your journey of intention gets a little bumpy. It will pass – stay in the moment and focus on your intention.

Stay positive, healthy, laugh, have fun, set intentions and be mindful.
