We all have an opportunity to manage back and neck pain by regular movement and exercise. Being active can take many forms, not simple doing sport and exercise. Getting Spine Active can range from taking regular breaks at work to walking more to just using the stairs. Be more adventurous and try an exercise class or a weight bearing exercise – even just walking home with your shopping.
